The members and executive officers of Unlimited Townhouses(Sean and Basil Smit) have been involved in the sectional industry for over 30 years.  The initial operation was conducted in the Northcliff/Fairlands area of Johannesburg trading as Basil Smit Estates cc.  In 1994 a office was opened in KwaZulu Natal trading as Unlimited Townhouses cc. We now have offices in Durban, the North Coast and the Upper South Coast.
